Simply place your document on the flat bed. Use the touch screen to Scan, Modify, and Save documents. Save scans as Searchable PDF, Quick PDF, JPEG, PNG, Rich Text File, or Audio File (will convert scanned document to an mp3 file and read it back to you!) Then, save the file to USB or send to your Google Drive or Email. Located on the first floor, next to periodicals and printing.

Poetry Reading at Bunch

Join us for an evening of poetry to celebrate National Poetry Month! 

Tuesday, April 8 from 5-6pm in the Leu Art Gallery in Bunch Library

Local poet, Kendra DeColo, will be reading from her newly published collection, Thieves in the Afterlife (Saturnalia Books, 2014). Thieves in the Afterlife was selected by Yusef Komunyakaa for the 2013 Saturnalia Books Poetry Prize. Her poems have appeared in Southern Indiana Review, Calyx, The Collagist, Best Indie Lit of New England and elsewhere. She is the recipient of an Individual Artist Fellowship from the Tennessee Arts Commission, a work-study scholarship from the Bread Loaf Writer’s Conference and residencies from the Millay Colony and the Virginia Center for Creative Arts. She has taught writing workshops in prisons, middle schools, and homeless shelters. She is the founding poetry editor of Nashville Review and Book Review Editor at Muzzle Magazine. Following the reading there will be opportunity for Q&A with Kendra as well as a reception with light refreshments.
